Cape Whale Route Hermanus Tour

Original article from AmoyTrip--Let's make travel easy!

Enjoy the magnificent view of the Cape False Bay coastline as we travel through Gordon's Bay, Pringle Bay and Betty's Bay etc  in comfort of our luxury vehicles. Our return route is via the N2 highway over the Houw Hoek pass and Sir Lowry’s pass into Somerset West.

The advantage of our “private” tours is that we could stop anywhere on the route for coffee or lunch and without any time limit.

Hermanus is the world's best whale watching site, where you may feel you could almost touch these amazing creatures. It is really an amazing site to see 15 to 20 metre whales that close to the shore.  In addition, when there is a sighting the “Whale crier” will blow his horn to alert you.

We strongly recommend an optional boat trip for whale watching, before having lunch in Hermanus. We return via the majestic Sir Lowry's Pass before we end an unforgettable journey.
